David Yanez has been a paintings conservator for 30 years in New York City. He holds a Master’s degree in Fine Art from Queens College, City University of NY. David has trained with and worked for some of the finest New York City conservation studios. His 30 years of experience has given him the expertise to restore paintings of all periods. Over his career David Yanez has restored thousands of paintings, ranging from 16th century Caravaggio to 21th century Yayoi Kusama.

 In 2004 he opened his private practice Yanez Fine Art Conservation. David has restored paintings for major auction houses, institutions, galleries, art dealers and collectors. His knowledge, experience and expert craftsmanship is rare among his contemporaries. He has conserved and restored, some of the finest paintings in the world.
